Home Health/Hospice Staff RN - PRN (fill in as needed) - Day shift with rotating weekends and call
Must have or obtain a MT. RN license, must have or obtain a MT. driver's license, valid BLS, and must carry liability insurance on his/her vehicle. Ability to provide nursing case management and skilled nursing care for patients in their homes serving the Troy & Libby area. Prefer 1 yr minimum home health/hospice exp. PRN (fill in; as needed). Requires availability to fill in for staff members on vacation or out sick; weekends and call hours required. Background check, drug screen, pre-work screen, valid drivers license, personal vehicle insurance, and valid MT RN license required.

Tray Aide - Dietary Department (PRN - fill in as needed)
Seeking a motivated team player to fill in as needed (PRN). Will perform the following duties: wash dishes, set up trays, complete assigned cleaning, and assist cook with meal serve up. Prior institutional food preparation or tray-aide experience a plus. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs., read, write, and speak English, open to working any day of the week. Materials Manager - Full Time Regular - Day Shift
Responsibilities include the day-to-day management of the materials function (procurement, inventory control, shipping/receiving, etc.) Develop and monitor department budget, supervise staff, develop and revise policies and procedures. As a member of the management team, continue our Journey to Excellence through a strong customer-service focus, quality initiatives, and leadership goal achievement. Ideal candidates must have at least five years experience in materials, and prior experience in healthcare is highly preferred. Must have strong computer skills. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field is required.

Physical Therapist, Full-time Regular, Day shift, Occassional weekend call required
Responsible for safe & effective rendering of PT services, including: patient evaluation, development of care plan, and implementation of treatment (ages 0-death) in all areas of Pt. cares. PT services will include inpatient, outpatient and home health patients. Must possess or obtain a Mt. License. Must have a degree from an accredited PT Program. PRACTICE OPPORTUNITY: EMERGENCY MEDICINE
Emergency Medicine/FP Physician needed in the forested mountains of Western Montana. We have a relaxed rural community where it's safe to raise your kids, and you can ski, fish, hunt, hike, kayak, camp, etc. within minutes of the office. Our state-of-the-art combined UC/ED has about 10,000 annual visits, with PA help 10 hours during the day. This is an employed position, so malpractice insurance and business management is not a worry. Shifts allow plenty of time off, and there is no call. The ideal candidate would be a boarded/board eligible MD/DO (Family Practice, Internal Medicine or Emergency Medicine) with 3 to 5 years of appropriate experience. PRACTICE OPPORTUNITY: INTERNAL MEDICINE
The Northwest Community Health Center offers an opportunity for the selected physician to provide a broad range of internal medicine services to a rural community. You will be sharing call coverage with six other physicians in the community, and if interested, you will have the opportunity to mentor rural health medical students as a Clinical Instructor for the University of Washington Medical School. The community has a wide range of other services including physicians practicing in the specialties of Family Practice, Internal Medicine, OB-Gyn, Orthopedics, General Surgery, Urology, Podiatry, Radiology, as well as a comprehensive Critical Access hospital complete with ICU, two modern OR suites, spiral CT scanner, ultrasound and a state of the art PACS/teleradiolgy system. NWCHC offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits. Minimum qualifications: Graduate of accredited school of medicine, BC/BE in Internal Medicine, and eligible for hospital privileges.
