Acute Care Manager- Full time (40 hrs. /week)
Seeking an excellent, innovative Acute Care Manager to help lead our nursing department by proactively coordinating and supervising care delivery. Duties include ensuring high quality, individualized care in a safe environment. Facilitates customer relations targeting patients, families, physicians, & other health care personnel including ambulance members and the general public. Successful candidate will have clinical experience in acute care, excellent communication and organization skills, and will have a track record of implementing improvements in past positions. Seeking a versatile L&D RN to work in all aspects of L&D (nursery, mother/baby, etc.). RN must be willing to float to Med/Surg when there are no deliveries. Emergency Medicine/FP Physician
Emergency Medicine/FP Physician needed in the forested mountains of Western Montana. We have a relaxed rural community where it’s safe to raise your kids, and you can ski, fish, hunt, hike, kayak, camp, etc. within minutes of the office. Our state-of-the-art combined UC/ED has between 8,000 to 10,000 visits annually, with PA help 10 hours during the day. Employed position, so malpractice insurance and business management is not a worry. Shifts allow plenty of time off, and there is no call. VP OF NURSING Full Time (40 hr/week)
This key management position is responsible for the overall management, direction and leadership of nursing, surgery, emergency department, etc. Responsibilities include coaching reporting managers, ensuring all aspects of compliance, and leading employees to provide services in a way that meet or exceed customer expectations. Must have a Bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited school; Masters degree strongly preferred. Requirements also include ability to obtain current licensure as RN in Montana, at least five years progressive management experience in diverse patient care departments, and at least five years successful clinical experience.
OR, RN Full Time (40 hrs. wk.)
Operating room RN staff position; BLS and a minimum of two yrs. exp. in circulating general, orthopedic, OB/GYN, podiatry, urology & laparoscopic procedures required; additional exp. in scrubbing and performing sedation/analgesia preferred; current MT. RN license with ACLS & NNR within 6 months of hire.
PACU, RN Full Time (40 hr. wks.)
Post anesthesia care unit RN staff position; BLS, ACLS, NNR and a minimum of two yrs. exp. in recovery room & short stay unit required; current MT. RN license; call, full-time with benefits.
